The Alzheimer Society of Windsor & Essex County is proud to announce that our Monument of Memories has been assembled. The Dedication Ceremony is on Saturday, June 21st , 2008 at 11am at Jackson Park.
There is additional space available on the Monument of Memories. The goal is to raise funds and erect memory walls in Jackson Park which will host the names of loved ones and corporate sponsors and serve as a reminder of our community coming together to support those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. |
Two types of engravings are being sold – personal and corporate. Personal engraving prices range from $150 to $1,000. Corporate engraving prices range from $500 to $10,000+. Please click on the links below to view more details.
