Monument of Memories has been assembled.  The Dedication Ceremony was on Saturday, June 21st , 2008.  New names will be added annually.

There is additional space available on the Monument of Memories.  The goal is to raise funds and erect memory walls in Jackson Park which will host the names of loved ones and corporate sponsors and serve as a reminder of our community coming together to support those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.

By purchasing an engraving on the Monument of Memories, you will not only be showing support for the Society and those we serve, but also taking advantage of a unique opportunity to commemorate your business, your family name or the life of a loved one with an engraving that will remain in place for decades to come - sharing a glimpse of our county’s heritage to the thousands that visit Jackson Park year after year. For further information or to reserve your space on our Monument of Memories, please contact Maurizio Tiberia, Development Officer at 974-2220
