Monument of Memories has been assembled.  The Dedication Ceremony was on Saturday, June 21st , 2008.  New names will be added annually.

There is additional space available on the Monument of Memories.  The goal is to raise funds and erect memory walls in Jackson Park which will host the names of loved ones and corporate sponsors and serve as a reminder of our community coming together to support those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.
